We are prepared to receive and ship an order on the same day whenever possible. We are prepared to answer your product questions and, when arrival time is a concern, we can provide you with the tracking information for your shipment.

When contacting our Customer Service team, we can expedite the handling of your call, if you have some key account information at your disposal, such as:

• Your name and telephone number
• The name of your business or institution
• The name and telephone number of your lab's Principal Investigator (PI)

This information is used to quickly access your account history and avoid any unnecessarily redundant data collection. We are eager to make your experience with Gemini Bio-Products a pleasant and professional one.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time. If you need to reach us outside these hours, you may leave a message in our Customer Service voice mailbox and we will return your call immediately upon receiving the message.

Pricing and Terms

Volume discounts are available. Contact your Gemini representative for details. All quotations are good for 15 days, unless otherwise specified.

There is a minimum order requirement of $75. All invoices are due Net 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Prices may change without notice. Please contact Customer Service or your Gemini representative for the most current information.

Shipping

Orders may be shipped the same day (Monday through Thursday) providing they are entered prior to 1:00 pm Pacific Time. To avoid problems arising from unattended deliveries, we routinely schedule frozen/refrigerated product shipping on Monday through Wednesday. Heat-inactivated product orders require an additional two days to process.

All shipments are FOB origin, freight pre-paid and added to the invoice. Title to items sold passes to the purchaser upon delivery of items to the carrier.

Frozen and refrigerated products are routinely shipped via Federal Express Standard Overnight and dry products are usually shipped Federal Express Ground, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Frozen products are packed in insulated cartons and shipped on dry ice. A dry ice charge of $25 per carton will be added to the invoice. Refrigerated products are packed, insulated and shipped on ice packs. Dry products are shipped at room temperature.

International Orders

All international orders require payment prior to product shipment. Payment must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank, or by direct wire transfer.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Gemini warrants that the products listed in our catalog are intended for the described purposes only. Any Gemini product which does not meet its catalog specifications, and which is returned to Gemini within 30 days days of its initial receipt, will be replaced with like material or, at Gemini's option, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. In connection with this limited warranty, Gemini reserves the right to conduct whatever tests it deems appropriate to evaluate whether or not the product meets catalog specifications.

Gemini reserves the right not to replace the product or provide a refund pursuant to this limited warranty if we reasonably believe that the product has been modified due to improper storage, alteration, or processing.

The foregoing limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By acceptance of shipments from Gemini, buyer explicitly recognizes and agrees that Gemini shall not be responsible for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages incurred by the buyer or third parties, including, but not limited to, personal injuries resulting from use of any of Gemini's products.
