Comparable to B27®, Gem21 NeuroPlex™ is a chemically defined, serum -free supplement with the antioxidants removed. It is intended for use in the culture of neuronal cells and to promote the differentiation of embryonic stem cells into pancreatic and neuronal lines, and the study of free radicals.
When used in conjunction with our NeuroPlex™ serum -free neuronal medium, this product obviates the need for co-culture with astrocyte feeder cells. Supplied as a 50X concentrate.
