All international orders require payment prior to product
shipment. Payment must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank, or
by direct wire transfer.
Please add an additional $50 export documentation fee to orders
shipped outside the U.S. For countries requiring an import
license, it must be obtained prior to shipment.
Orders may be shipped the same day (Monday through Thursday)
providing they are entered prior to 1:00 pm Pacific Time. To
avoid problems arising from unattended deliveries, we routinely
schedule frozen/refrigerated product shipping on Monday through
Wednesday. Heat-inactivated product orders require an additional
two days to process.
All shipments are FOB origin, freight pre-paid and added to the
invoice. Title to items sold passes to the purchaser upon
delivery of items to the carrier.
Reservations on serum lots will be held for 21 days from the date
a sample is shipped. Extensions are granted upon request. The
reserve will automatically expire at the end of 21 days unless
otherwise arranged.
Upon completion of lot testing, please notify your Gemini
representative of your product selection so we can release the
sampled/reserved lots to other customers as quickly as
possible.
We provide free storage for all ordered merchandise for up to one
year. The customer may choose to pre-arrange a shipping schedule
or to request shipments on an as-needed basis. Please provide at
least one day advanced notice for the shipment of stored product.
We encourage our customers to take receipt of stored product at
least quarterly.
The Customer Service Department at Gemini Bio-Products is
available to assist you should a problem arise with any of our
products.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt and inform
us of any discrepancies with your order. If a discrepancy exists,
please retain the original shipping carton, packing material, and
shipping documents.
Gemini warrants that the products listed in our catalog are
intended for the described purposes only. Any Gemini product
which does not meet its catalog specifications, and which is
returned to Gemini within 30 days days of its initial receipt,
will be replaced with like material or, at Gemini’s option, the
purchase price of the product will be refunded. In connection
with this limited warranty, Gemini reserves the right to conduct
whatever tests it deems appropriate to evaluate whether or not
the product meets catalog specifications.
