Gemini’s SFIM60 which is a serum and protein-free medium developed for the growth of Sf-9 cells and for use in the Baculovirus protein expression platform. While SFIM60 was optimized for Sf-9 cells, it has produced excellent results with other insect cell lines, including Sf-21 and TN368 cells.
