How do I reserve products?
Products can be reserved at the time samples are sent out by requesting the reserve quantity at the time of sampling. Customers should request the reserve quantity through their sales representative or by calling Gemini’s Customer Service Team at 1-800-543-6464.
How do you ship? Can you give me next day delivery service?
Gemini ships all products via FedEx, with frozen product shipping Overnight. We are also happy to ship via your UPS account.
Why do I need to know my Quote Number?
Knowing your quote number will speed the order process as your customer ID, ship-to address, and other pertinent information are included in the quote.
What is a customer ID? Why should I use it?
A customer ID is assigned to each of our accounts for purposes of order processing, tracking, and customer account maintenance. Customers are encouraged to use their customer ID number when placing orders or calling for information about their accounts. This will speed up the order process and allow for more rapid response to inquiries.
