CELLvo™ Human Adipose Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hAD-MSC)
Human Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hAD-MSCs) are multipotent stem cells, capable of rapid proliferation, trilineage differentiation, and potent immunomodulation, found in abundance in the stromal vascular fraction of adipose tissue. Currently, adipose tissue is the most common source of MSCs in clinical use.
CELLvo™ Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hAD-MSC) have been isolated and cultured under xeno-free conditions on the CELLvo™ XF Matrix. CELLvo™ hAD-MSCs proliferate more quickly, have a smaller cell size, and show a higher percentage of SSEA4 (+) cells as compared to Adipose Derived MSCs isolated and cultured on other substrates.
